I just got back from vacation and decided to do a one day juice fast (opinions are my own).

We always have Suja healthy juices in our house. I didn’t have time to juice my own veggies and fruits for my one day detox so I went with 6 Suja bottles, a digestion and immunity shot, plus lots of water.

Sometimes I like to give my body and a break from food for one day. It’s my own opinion, I make no medical claims, but I personally feel like I get a reset. No caffeine, refined sugar, processed foods.

When I’m not drinking Suja for a one day fast, we always have a jug of Suja green juice in the house.

One of my favorite experiences was a day trip to their sister property, Les Jardins de Villa Maroc, nestled in the peaceful countryside. 🌿✨ The serene pools and surroundings are a beautiful escape. Their unique dome shaped accommodations is like nothing I’ve seen before.

I enjoyed a heavenly hammam treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed! The soothing atmosphere and skilled staff made it a truly memorable experience.

I must call out the excellent service we experienced at our Riad, La Maroc. The owner was a pleasure. The staff is exceptional. Fatima was up early making sure our group had an amazing breakfast daily. Every person, from the bellman to the bartender, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
